Common questions

My runs are missing or the total looks wrong.

Open Settings and tap Re-sync Health. If runs are still missing, check that the app you record with is allowed to write Workouts to Health, and that Runtile is allowed to read them, under Health, Sharing, Apps.

A run shows twice.

Two apps wrote the same run to Health, for example your watch and Strava. Runtile merges runs that overlap in time on its own. If one slipped through, open Settings, Duplicates, and choose which to keep.

My indoor treadmill runs are counted. Can I turn that off?

Yes. Settings has an Include indoor runs switch. Indoor runs are also badged in every list so you can tell them apart.

The shoe assigned to a run is wrong.

Open the run and tap the shoe row to change it. To fix many runs at once, use select mode in the run list or Assign runs from a date range on the shoe page.

How do I delete everything Runtile stored?

Settings, Delete all Runtile data. That removes shoes, assignments, goals and preferences. Your Health data is not touched because Runtile never writes to Health.

Which iPhones and iOS versions are supported?

Any iPhone running iOS 17 or later. There is no iPad, Mac, Android or web version because HealthKit is iPhone only.

When you write in, mention your iPhone model, iOS version and which app records your runs. Screenshots help. We never ask for your Health data.
