Free widgets

  • This Week. A bar for each day of the week with today highlighted, and how this week compares with last week.
  • Last Run. Distance, pace and time of your latest run, with up to three shoe buttons. Tap one and the run is assigned to that pair.
  • Load and Recovery. One friendly line: a note when this week is much bigger than usual, or "good to go" after a few days off.
  • Streak. Your current streak in run days or weeks, with your longest for context.
  • Lock Screen. Small gauges and lines for this week and this month, right under the clock.

Pro widgets

  • Heatmap. Your year of tiles with the total, runs, average pace and weeks run. Coloured by distance or pace, just like the app.
  • Shoe. Pick a pair and see its mileage and how far it has left before retirement.
  • Records. Your 5 km, 10 km, half marathon and marathon bests, with fresh records marked.

Designed to fit together

Every widget uses the same dark surface, warm coral and rounded numbers as the app, so a Home Screen with three Runtile widgets looks like one thing, not three.

Questions

Do widgets update after a run?

Yes. Runtile registers for Health background delivery, so when a run syncs from your watch the widgets reload, even if the app is closed. There is also a timer fallback every 30 minutes.

Can I assign shoes from the widget?

Yes. The Last Run widget shows up to three shoe buttons. Tap one and the run is assigned, the buttons disappear and the shoe name appears.
