What HealthFit does well
- Exports Apple Watch workouts to Strava, TrainingPeaks, Garmin Connect, Dropbox, iCloud and more, as FIT, TCX or GPX.
- Deep charts for every workout type: cycling, swimming, hiking and running.
- Fitness and fatigue style trends, power analysis, heart rate variability.
- A one time purchase, no account.
Where Runtile is different
- Running only, by design. Runtile does one sport and answers running questions: how far this month, how fast across the year, how are the shoes.
- The heatmap. A year of tiles coloured by your own pace scale.
- Shoes. Automatic assignment, retirement warnings, comparison, Strava gear import. HealthFit has no gear.
- Similar runs. Was this a good run for me, compared with my recent runs of the same distance.
- Reads every source. HealthFit focuses on Apple Watch workouts. Runtile reads any Running workout in Health, including Strava, Garmin and Coros.
- No exports. Runtile has no server and no upload, so it cannot send your run anywhere. It only uses Apple Maps for place names and, if you choose, a map under the route.
